Basic Processing Fees

Cow Kill Fee $100 Processing Fee $1.25/lb hanging weight $500 minimum charge

The following upcharges apply on cow processing:

$.60/lb. for fat added to ground beef.

An upcharge of $75 will be added for ground beef packaged in 1 lb. packs.

Hog Kill Fee $80 Processing Fee $1.25/lb hanging weight $225 minimum charge

The following upcharges apply on hog processing:

Smoked Sausage Links - $1.75/lb. w. 10 lb. minimum

Flavors Available: Hickory Hollow, Cajun, Hot, Smoked Jalapeno, Maple, Italian, Blend 10

Smoked Sausage Links with Cheddar or Pepper Jack Cheese - $2.00/lb. w. 10 lb. minimum

Patty Sausage - $.75/lb. w. 10 lb. minimum

Bacon or Ham Cured and Smoked - $1.75/lb.

Packing of Ground Pork in 1 lb. packs - $75

$.60/lb. for fat added to ground pork.

The upcharges are based upon the weight of the raw product. For example, 25 pounds of raw pork for smoked sausage links will result in an upcharge of $43.75 (25 x $1.75).

Goats and Sheep $225 per goat or sheep, includes slaughter and all processing
